Scope and purpose and legal basis of personal data processing

Personal data is stored and processed solely for the purposes of online sales and order processing. The controller collects personal data for processing customer orders, issuing invoices and processing deliveries. Personal data will not be further processed without the express consent of the buyer. By making a purchase in the online store, the customer expressly consents to the operator storing his personal data, which he provides when ordering, and using them exclusively for the purposes of fulfilling the order. The following personal data is collected for the purpose of online sales and e-mail notification:

-last name,

-address,

– country of residence,

– company or title of legal entity (if the user is a legal entity),

-e-mail address,

-Phone Number (if necessary)

If incorrect information is provided, the order manager will not be able to process the order. The administrator is not responsible for the accuracy and up-to-dateness of the data entered by the customer.

Data users

The administrator undertakes to treat all personal data provided by the buyer as confidential and to use them only for the purposes for which they were provided and collected. The administrator undertakes not to pass on personal data to unauthorized third parties under any circumstances.

The controller can entrust individual tasks related to the customer’s personal data to the controller’s business partners (so-called contractual processors). Contractual processors may process confidential data exclusively on behalf of and within the limits of the controller’s authorization (in a written contract or other legal act) and in accordance with the purposes defined in this Policy. The mentioned partners carefully protect the transmitted data and do not store it in stock, and do not use it for their own purposes

Freedom of choice

The individual controls the personal data provided. If an individual decides not to provide certain data to the controller, then he will not be able to access certain sites or functions in the online store, and in such cases, the controller will not be able to answer the customer’s inquiry or enter into a contractual relationship with him and consequently sell to him and deliver the desired products.

Personal data retention period

The administrator stores personal data of customers only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the individual data was collected and further used. After the retention period has expired, the administrator effectively and permanently deletes or anonymizes the collected personal data, so that the customer’s identification will no longer be possible.

If there is a different legal storage period for certain data that is processed for the realization of contracts (e.g. accounting or tax data), the storage period is up to 10 years. Data processing is limited during this time.

The rights of individuals

The individual has the following rights in relation to the processing of his personal data:

– the right to access and copy personal data,

– the right to supplement or correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data,

– the right to delete personal data (i.e. the right to be forgotten),

– the right to limit the processing of personal data,

– the right to transfer personal data,

– the right to object to the processing of personal data that is processed in connection with it and

– the right to file a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (address: Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, email address: gp.ip@ip-rs.si phone: (01) 230 97 30, website: www.ip-rs.si ), if he suspects that his personal data is being processed in violation of applicable regulations in the field of personal data protection.

The individual can revoke the given consent to the processing of his personal data at any time permanently or temporarily, in whole or in part. The individual can revoke the consent by a written statement sent to the controller at the email address info@dacomap.com
